An incident of a mobile phone
explosion inside a vehicle cabin was
reported in Saudi Arabia lately.
Incident Background
Mobile phone units were left inside the
car compartment while the vehicle was
parked in an open area. One of the
phones had its power “on”. It was close
to midday. Reportedly after an hour in
the park, one of the mobile phones

What Went Wrong?
Obviously the mobile phone’s battery is
the only component as the legitimate
source of stored energy.
The solar heat obviously pressurized
the car’s closed cabin. What triggers
the explosion could be the overheated
battery caused by extremely high
temperature magnified by the
windshield (glass) and the sealed
(unventilated) vehicle cabin.

Lessons Learned
Better not to leave mobile phones in
car compartment especially when the
vehicle is exposed to direct sunlight for
a prolonged period.

Active Directory improvements
A new "Read-Only Domain Controller" operation mode in Active Directory, intended for use in branch office scenarios where a domain controller may reside in a low physical security environment. The RODC holds a non-writeable copy of Active Directory, and redirects all write attempts to a Full Domain Controller. It replicates all accounts except sensitive ones. In RODC mode, credentials are not cached by default. Moreover, only the Domain Controller running the PDC-Emulator needs to run Windows Server 2008. Also, local administrators can log on to the machine to perform maintenance tasks without requiring administrative rights on the domain.
Restartable Active Directory allows ADDS to be stopped and restarted from the Management Console or the command-line without rebooting the domain controller. This reduces downtime for offline operations and reduces overall DC servicing requirements with Server Core. ADDS is implemented as a Domain Controller Service in Windows Server 2008.

Policy related improvements
All of the Group Policy improvements from Windows Vista. Group Policy Management Console (GPMC) is built-in. The Group Policy objects are indexed for search and can be commented on.[11]
Policy-based networking with Network Access Protection, improved branch management and enhanced end user collaboration. Policies can be created to ensure greater Quality of Service for certain applications or services that require prioritization of network bandwidth between client and server.
Granular password settings within a single domain - ability to implement different password policies for administrative accounts on a "group" and "user" basis, instead of a single set of password settings to the whole domain.

Disk management and file storage improvements
The ability to resize hard disk partitions without stopping the server, even the system partition. This applies only to simple and spanned volumes, not to striped volumes.
Shadow Copy based block-level backup which supports optical media, network shares and Windows Recovery Environment.
DFS enhancements - SYSVOL on DFS-R, Read-only Folder Replication Member. There is also support for domain-based DFS namespaces that exceed the previous size recommendation of 5,000 folders with targets in a namespace. [12]
Several improvements to failover clusters (High-availability clusters).[13]
Internet Storage Naming Server (iSNS) enables central registration, deregistration and queries for iSCSI hard drives.
Protocol and cryptography improvements
Support for 128- and 256-bit AES encryption for the Kerberos authentication protocol.
New cryptography (CNG) API which supports elliptic curve cryptography and improved certificate management.
Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol, a new Microsoft proprietary VPN protocol.

Improvements due to client-side (Windows Vista) enhancements
Searching Windows Server 2008 servers from Windows Vista clients delegates the query to the server, which uses the Windows Search technology to search and transfer the results back to the client.
In a networked environment with a print server running Windows Vista, clients can render print jobs locally before sending them to print servers to reduce the load on the server and increase its availability.
Event forwarding aggregates and forwards logs of subscribed Windows Vista client computers back to a central console. Event forwarding can be enabled on the client subscribers from the central server directly from the event management console.
Offline Files are cached locally so that they are available even if the server is not, with copies seamlessly updating when the client and server are reconnected.
Miscellaneous improvements
Windows Deployment Services replacing Automated Deployment Services and Remote Installation Services. Windows Deployment Services (WDS) support an enhanced multicast feature when deploying operating system images.
Internet Information Services 7 - Increased security, XCOPY deployment, improved diagnostic tools, delegated administration.
An optional "Desktop Experience" component provides the same Windows Aero user interface as Windows Vista, both for local users, as well as remote users connecting through Remote Desktop

RAID Level 5 is similar to level 4, but distributes parity among the drives. This can speed small writes in multiprocessing systems, since the parity disk does not become a bottleneck. Because parity data must be skipped on each drive during reads, however, the performance for reads tends to be considerably lower than a level 4 array. The cost per megabyte is the same as for level 4.

Level 5 - Block Interleaved Distributed Parity: Provides data striping at the byte level and also stripe error correction information. This results in excellent performance and good fault tolerance. Level 5 is one of the most popular implementations of RAID.

kerosakan fail, salinan fail yang telah dibuat boleh dikeluar dan digunakan semula



Masa membeli sesuatu komputer peribadi (PC) adalah saat paling sibuk dan tidak kurang menceriakan. Semua perancangan, belanjawan, pemilihan sistem, jenis CPU, Video CD mana hendak dibeli, sehingga kepada jenis meja dan kerusi yang sesuai dengan warna sarung komputer sibuk dibincangkan. Kesemuanya dipertimbangkan, tetapi setelah sekian lama PC menduduki kediamannya di atas meja, banyak perkara mula berubah lebih-lebih lagi aspek penjagaan. Pengguna PC harus ingat, seperti juga pelaburan dalam apa jua jentera seperti kereta, pentadbiran yang teliti dengan rutin yang tertentu perlu dilakukan bagi memastikan PC beroperasi dangan baik. Tidak seperti kereta yang memerlukan servis setiap 5, 000 kilometer, PC tidak memerlukan minyak sintetik atau gred tinggi. Hanya yang diperlukan rutin penjagaan, pentadbiran dan penggunaan konsisten.
Asas komputer akan melihat aspek yang dapat membantupenguna memastikan sistem PC beroperasi seperti kenderaan lumba formula 1. Secara ringkas ia terbahagi kepada dua komponen perkakasan dan perisian.


Pengawal arus
Sistem komputer yang disambung terus ke bekalan elektrik pada dinding terdedah kepada elektrik atau pengaliran elektrik berlebihan. Seperti alat elektronik dan elektrik lain, bekalan tambahan yang mendadak akan menyebabkan kerosakan litar yang teruk. PC tidak terkecuali. Adalah lebih baik bagi pengguna untuk membuat sedikit pelabura dengan mendapatkan pengawal aliran elektrik atau "surge protector". Selain menyambungkan PC, penguna juga boleh menyambungkan pelbagai peranti lain seperti pencetak kepada pengawal arus itu. Begitu juga untuk modem. Penguna juga digalakkan menggunakan pengawal kilat bagi sambungan talian telefon ke modem terutama ketika menggunakan modem sewaktu hujan lebat.
Bekalan tenaga berterusan
Hari ini pengguna komponen bekalan elektrik berterusan tidak terhad kepada sistem dalam pejabat sahaja. Lebih ramai pengguna di rumah mula menggunakan bekalan tenaga berterusan iaitu UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) terutama mereka yang bekerja di rumah. Penggunaan UPS dapat menyediakan bekalan elektrik berterusan untuk tempoh tertentu walaupun tanpa bekalan elektrik utama. Jenis dan harga bergantung kepada jumlah masa tenaga yang dibekalkan.

Memindah komputer

Seperti alat elektronik lain, PC agak manja, Jadi, jangan menghentak, menjatuhkan atau menghumban sistem ini kerana kebanyakan komponen adalah sensitif kepada getaran yang kuat. Contohnya, cakera keras dan pemacu CD-ROM. Hentakan yang kuat juga boleh menyebabkan sambungan dengan papan litar utama menjadi longgar dan komponen tertentu tidak boleh beroperasi dengan betul atau memberi mesej "error" apabila ia disambungkan semula. Apabila memindahkan PC, pastikan semua kabel dicabut dan tiada yang tertinggal. Pada masa yang sama, jangan mendekatkan benda bermagnet kepada komponen elektronik kerana ia juga boleh merosakkan PC.

Bersihkan PC

Pastikan PC sentiasa bersih dengan menyapu semua habuk yang terlekat pada papan kekunci dan paparan skrin. Jika mahir, pastikan papan litar juga tidak berdebu dengan menggunakan vakum dan bukannya dengan air. Jangan meletakkan komputer anda terlalu dekat dengan tingkap kerana mudah menangkap habuk, kotoran serta mungkin terkena percikan air hujan. Bagaimanapun, pastikan sistem PC diletakkan di dalam bilik yang mempunyai pengudaraan yang baik. Selain paparan, casis CPU dan papan kekunci, pengguna juga boleh membersihkan pad tetikus daripada kesan minyak atau habuk yang mungkin mengganggu pergerakan bola tetikus.

Scandisk dan Defragmentation

Imbasan cakera keras harus dilakukan dengan kerap sekurang-kurangnya sekali setiap minggu kerana ia berupaya memastikan kelompok "cluster" pada cakera keras berada di dalam keadaan baik. Anda juga boleh menggunakan fungsi Scandisk dan Disk Defragmentor apabila anda melihat penurunan persembahan dalam sistem PC.
Penggunaan Perisian Membuat Salinan (backup)
Kebanyakan masalah dengan fail yang rosak atau hilang dapat dielakkan jika pengguna selalu melakukan operasi Backup bagi keseluruhan sistem (sistem operasi perisian, aplikasi dan dokumen) selepas sesuatu tempoh. Untuk memulakan fungsi Backup, klik start , program, accessories, system tools dan pilih backup. Klik folder atau fail yang mahu disalin serta tentukan destinasi salinan. Pengguna boleh membuat salinan ke dalam disket 1.44 MB atau CD-Writer (penulis CD-ROM). Kaedah kedua lebih mahal tetapi lebih mudah, pantas , boleh dipercayai serta menyimpan saiz storan yang lebih besar berbanding disket. Satu lagi pilihan yang agak murah adalah pemacu Zip. Pengguna PC juga digalakkan membuat disket but kerana ia adalah penyelamat apabila masalah PC berlaku. Sistem operasi menyediakan fungsi bagi membina disket but dan Start Up kepada sistem. Pastikan juga sistem dilengkapi dengan perisian antivirus. Ia adalah perisian yang paling penting terutama dengan kepelbagaian sumber fail serta peningkatan jumlah virus. Selain langkah-langkah di atas, beberapa tabiat yang baik ketika menggunakan PC dapat membantu meningkatkan jangka hayat penggunaan PC. Antaranya, jangan matikan sistem PC ketika ia sedang beroperasi. Gunakan fungsi Shut Down dalam Windows 95/98. Mematikan sistem terus tanpa menggunakan fungsi Shut Down mungkin merosakkan Register atau fail-fail tertentu yang sedang beroperasi ketika sistem dimatikan. Juga jauhi makanan dan minuman dari PC serta kanak-kanak yang tidak tahu menggunakan PC. Jika kanak-kanak di bawah umur hendak menggunakan PC, pastikan kehadiran orang dewasa sepanjang masa. Anda tidak mahu anak anda memformat keseluruhan cakera keras anda. Mengikut kaedah yang dinyatakan di atas tidak menjamin seratus peratus sistem PC tidak akan mengalami masalah kerana seperti barangan elektronik lain, ia juga mempunyai jangka hayat tertentu. Tetapi langkah di atas berupaya membantu sistem PC beroperasi dengan baik serta mengelak kejadian tidak diingini.

Nampak macam sama, tp ertinye banyak beza....KAWAN, senang di cari dan senang pergi... kawan di mana2 pon kta blh jumpa.. dlm bus, kolej, sek, dll.... jumpa sakali bersembang dah jd kawan...bagus berkawan ada KAWAN yang time da masalah ja cari kta...time senang2 happy2 xda plak nak ajak... ada KAWAN yang time kta nak mintak tlg susah sangat..kadang2 kta pikir 1000x nak mintak tlg pada dia..SAHABAT, kawan yang ada time kta ssh or senang, blh membantu,kalau kta mintak tlg ape2 SAHABAT cuba membantu walaupon ckit...KAWAN banyak, tp SAHABAT satu dalam seribu... cuba korang fikirkan sejenak... dalam banyak2 KAWAN2 korang... yang mana stu SAHABAT korang... mst ssh nak dapat kan??

aku dlu time sek men blajaq kurang pandai ckit... time PMR boleh la tahan result dia(ckit ja la)...time SPM aku hancur ckit....coz aku xnak blajaq btl2.... yela time 2 xtau lg pentingnya SPM nie...pas aku dapat result...mak+ayah+akak+abang2 aku smua kecewa dgn aku...(aku sedih sangat time 2).. pas SPM aku keja kejap+PLKN bru aku dapat sambung blajaq balik.... dkt setahun gak la aku tunggu nak sambung blajaq.... pas aku sambung blajaq, start pada 2.. aku dah azam dalam diri aku... aku nak blajaq btl2... aku nak buktikan yang aku nie pon berguna...(coz smua abg2 n akak aku masuk U)..... aku blajaq 2 tahun untuk lpskan sijil....time aku blajaq 2.. aku tinggalkan atau kurangkan dunia luar... cinta+lepak+merayau... aku xnak dah family aku kecewa utk aku bt kali ke2... bla aku dah azam dlm diri aku kuat... aku bru rasa pentingnya blajaq nie...alhamdulilah aku lepas dgn jayanya dlm sijil(kolej komuniti)...skg aku dapat plak sambung ke tahap diploma(kolej komuniti gak)..dip nie bru ja diadakan... sbb 2 xramai yang dapat..intake pon stahun skali... dlm bratus2 org apply... hanya 45 orang yang dapat dlm kos komputer(yang aku amik nie) aku rasa bersyukur... aku harap tahap dip nie...aku blh lepasinya sama mcm sijil dlu...(ne usaha lbh ckit lerr)...

Berapa ramai yang sanggup menyuapkan ibunya....

berapa ramai yang sanggup mencuci muntah ibunya.....

berapa ramai yang sanggup mengantikan lampin ibunya....

berapa ramai yang sanggup membersihkan najis ibunya.......

berapa ramai yang sanggup membuang ulat dan membersihkan luka kudis ibunya....

berapa ramai yang sanggup berhenti kerja untuk menjaga ibunya.....

dan akhir sekali berapa ramai yang sembahyang JENAZAH ibunya......

Seorang anak mendapatkan ibunya yang sedang sibuk menyediakan makan malam di dapur lalu menghulurkan sekeping kertas yang bertulis sesuatu.

Si ibu segera mengesatkan tangan di apron menyambut kertas yang dihulurkan oleh si anak lalu membacanya.

Air mata si anak berlinang setelah membaca apa yang dituliskan oleh siibu. Si anak menatap wajah ibu,memeluknya dan berkata, "Saya Sayangkan Ibu". Kemudian si anak mengambil pen dan menulis "Telah Dibayar" pada mukasurat yang sama ditulisnya.
